After you have completed the over 3 1/2 hours of instruction, you are encouraged to take the untimed 40 question quiz. With a score of 80% or higher, you will receive a ToughAgers® Instructors Course Completion certificate.
Exercise is for everyone and seniors are no exception. The body will do what it is training to do so let's train seniors so their bodies will function optimally. Just like all other age groups, seniors need: cardiorespiratory, balance, resistance, core, and flexibility training. Since most of them will not exercise on their own, let's provide a fun, supportive, and social environment for them to do so. This course will give you the tools to lead a safe and effective active older adult fitness class with confidence.

After you log in with the same username and password you used to purchase the ToughAgers® Instructors Course, click on the three horizontal lines on the top left of your screen. Click on "Groups" and then click on "ToughAgers® Instructors Course".
Once you have completed with the Online or Live ToughAgers® Instructors Course, you will receive an email with a private invitation to the ToughAgers® Instructors Group.
